From the M6: Take Junction 20 onto the M56 (Chester). Follow Chester signs along M56 and exit Junction 15 onto M53 still following Chester signs. Take 1st left exit of the M53 off the M53 at Junction 12 signposted Mickle Trafford/Chester. Follow down to the roundabout and turn right (Chester). At the next roundabout take the third exit, signposted Liverpool/Birkenhead (A41). Follow the road round until the road bends with a footbridge crossing; turn left here into Plas Newton Lane, the club is immediately to the right.

From A59 - Turn right onto A1237 (Leeds). Straight on this road across next roundabout. Left at next roundabout onto A64 (Scarborough/ Hull). Continue on A64 approx. 5 miles. Left onto A1079 (York/Hull University). Left at roundabout. Continue to next roundabout, turn left (University/ Heslington/Fulford) and continue on this road. University sports centre is approx. 1 mile on right.

From A19 - Turn right onto A1237 (Leeds) then follow route as for A59.

From A64 (west) - Continue on A64 approx. 8 miles. Left onto A1079 (York/Hull University) and then as from A59.

From A1079 - Continue on this road into York passing Grimston Bar Park and Ride car park on left. At next roundabout turn left (University/ Heslington/Fulford). Continue on this road.  Sports centre is approx. 1 mile on the right.

Follow A629 for approx. 3 miles. 50 meters beyond White Swan Pub (left hand side) turn right down a steep lane (University - Storthes Hall Campus). Campus entrance at 100 meters. Stop and sign in at security desk.
