From M56: At Junction 10 take the A49 to Tarporley/Whitchurch. After by-passing Tarporley at traffic lights with the "Red Fox" restaurant on the corner, turn right onto the A49 to Whitchurch. Exactly 500 meters after turning, take a second drive on the right (white stones) into grounds. Keep left once in grounds. (If you get as far as the turning to Tattenhall you have gone too far.) At first left, turn left.

From M6: At Junction 16 take A500 towards Chester. Continue to follow Chester signs via 6 roundabouts. At traffic lights turn right towards Chester.  After approx. 7 miles, at traffic lights (Red Fox pub on left opposite corner) turn left onto A49 to Whitchurch and then as above. 

Alternative Pitch - Shavington Leisure Centre 

From the M6: At Junction 16 take the A500 to Nantwich. Straight over 2 roundabouts. Pass the ESSO garage on the left and turn right at the traffic lights ("David Nunne" on the corner) into Crewe Road on the B5071. Take the 2nd left, then 3rd right into Rope Lane. The Leisure Centre is approx. half a mile on the left.

Parrswood High School

From East on the M56: Exit the M56 at Junction 3, signed for the M60. Take the first exit off this slip road for the A34 towards Didsbury. Stay on this dual carriageway in the left hand lane until reaching the first set of traffic lights. At lights bear left and move in to right hand lane in order to turn right (opposite Texaco garage). At next set of traffic lights (with Tesco on your left) turn right, back on to the A34 and keep in left hand lane in order to turn left at lights (signed Cheadle). Turn first left into Parrswood High School (opposite Gateway Pub) and drive as far down as possible towards car park.

From North on the M60: Exit the M60 at Junction 5, signed for the M56. Take the second exit for the A560 and at the roundabout take the first left towards Stockport. Take the first exit off the next roundabout and the second exit off the following roundabout, which will take you back on to the M60 slip road. From the slip road, take the first exit for the A34 towards Didsbury. Then as above.

From East on the M60: Exit the M60 at junction 1, signed for Stockport West, and take the 3rd exit off the roundabout on to the A5145 towards Didsbury. Stay on this road for approx. 2 miles until you reach a major cross roads, which is the A34 dual carriageway (there is a Tesco supermarket on the right through the traffic lights) Turn left on to dual carriageway and first left at next set of lights towards Cheadle. Turn first left into Parrswood High School (opposite Gateway Pub) and drive as far down as possible towards car park.

From the M1: From Junction 37 follow the A628 (Barnsley). At 1st set of traffic lights turn right (A6133). Then through 2 sets of traffic lights, bearing right at the 3rd. Continue for 1 mile to a large roundabout ("Little Chef"). Turn left onto A633 (Grange Lane), right at roundabout (A628) to Cudworth (3 miles). Drive through built up area, then take right hand turn into Snydale Road. 

From the A1(M): From Junction 37 follow the A635 at Marr, through Dearne, Darfield and Ardsley to Stairfoot. At roundabout turn left onto A633 (Grange Lane), then follow directions above.

From South - Exit Junction 61 (A1), join A177 to Bowburn and Peterlee (2nd exit of roundabout).  Drive straight on for two miles (Esso station on right).  Go down hill, over a bridge by the "Rose Tree Pub" and take the first right opposite East Durham Haughal College (not the right-hand turn to Peterlee). 

From North - Exit Junction 62 (A1), take 3rd exit and at roundabout onto A690 to Durham. At next roundabout turn left (first exit) and drive through traffic lights; take fork up Hallgarth Street, 2nd exit at roundabout and first left.
