Town of Morpeth lies just
east of A1, approximately 15 miles north of Newcastle. On
entering Morpeth Town Centre, just over the bridge, turn right at the
mini-roundabout bear left at the next roundabout and straight over the
next. Follow the A197 (signposted Pegswood). Shortly after a
steep bank, about two miles out of Morpeth, ignore the right turn sign
for Pegswood and continue straight on (B1337 Widdrington Road).
About 2 miles on the entrance to Longhirst Hall is signposted on your
left. If you enter Longhirst Village you have gone too far.
Continue down drive and take first left into Sports Club grounds.
