Acklam Sports Centre
From North: Leave A19
after Tees flyover at Jn signposted A1130 Thornaby. First exit
at roundabout and take the 2nd exit at next roundabout signposted
Acklam. Continue to lights at T Jn and turn right into Acklam Road.
Keep in left lane through 2 lights and turn left into Hall Drive
Follow the directions below (**)
From South: A1(M) Jn
49 (A19 Teeside/A168 Thirsk). Continue North on A19 for approx 28
miles and take the A174 exit (Teesport/Whitby). At roundabout take 3rd
exit (A174). Take first exit to Acklam (A1380). Move to right hand
lane and turn right at T Jn into Low Lane. Left at roundabout into
Acklam Road. Past Crematorium on right, through 2 pedestrian lights,
moving into right hand lane and turn right before third lights into
Hall Drive. Follow the directions below (**)
(**) Proceed for 0.5 miles,
past entrance to Acklam Sports Centre on right and turn right into
Hallgarth School. Keep to left past Kings Manor School &
Halgarth on right. Large brick building in front is changing, pitch on
right.
NB: At the time of
printing these directions, extensive alterations are being made to the
A19 and exit roads may not be quite the same. However the road numbers
are still the same.
